Once again I am visited by the Grim Reaper.

I am informed that yesterday, 24th Nov 23, one of 1 Para's, finest has succumbed to a long period of ill health and moves to Valhalla.

It is with a heavy heart I must tell you that ex C.O. Lt Col. Derek Wilford has passed to a higher fellowship. His wife, Linda was with him and is daughter is now caring for her. Funeral details will be circulated once arrangements are known.
